Wrekin Road Runners will host their annual Crown Classic 10km road race tomorrow (Friday July 11).
The race starts from The Crown Inn, High Street, Dawley, at 7.30pm, with all finishers receiving a memento of the event.
Prizes will be given to the first five senior men, with additional prizes tothe first male veterans over 40, 45, 50 and 55; the first three ladies homewill also each receive a prize, along with the first female veterans over 35, 40, 45 and 50.
Team categories include first senior male team (first four to count), first senior female team (first three to count) and the first mixed pub team (first four to count).
Entry fee is £7 attached, £9 unattached with entry forms available online at www.wrekinroadrunners,org.uk. Entries on the day is £1 extra, with registration at the rear of the Crown Inn from 6pm.
