Get to grips with a ticket competition

The Ultimate Fighting Championship, a form of mixed martial arts fighting from the USA, is set to take UK fans by storm for the first time when UFC 89 comes to the Birmingham National Indoor Arena on October 18.

Telford fans will be able to see England’s own Michael ‘the Count’ Bisping finally collide with Chris ‘the Crippler’ Leben in a middleweight showdown.

The fight, which is set to be aired live on UK television, also offers fans the chance to see unbeaten light heavyweight sensation Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida collide with fellow Brazilian Thiago Silva and the ‘African Assassin’ Rameau Sokoudjou take on Luiz “Banha” Cane.

Highly regarded British debutant Dan Hardy is also set to throw down with Japanese submission expert Akihiro Gono and steel fisted heavyweight Shane Carwin will exchange blows with England’s own Neil Wain, who brings his own unbeaten record to the UFC.
