The owners of Telford shopping centre want to introduce four new bars or restaurants to create a “livelier night-time location.”
Hark Apollo is seeking planning permission to change four office units at Hazeldine House, Central Square.
Rob Cossey, Hark director, said: “Telford & Wrekin Council, the public, businesses, everyone, has said for a long time that what Telford is missing is a vibrant night-time economy.
“There just isn’t enough to do here in the evening.”
