An Oakengates pub was packed on Saturday when regulars held festive activities to raise money for Blossom.
Blossom Burton, from Shrewsbury, suffered a stroke while she was two and it was feared she may never walk again.
John Ellis, landlord of The Crown Inn, at Oakengates held a festive event to raise money for her.
The day saw the Cadence Singers providing entertainment with carols and a mince pie competition with around 15 entries.
Mr Ellis said: “We are collecting for Blossom to send her abroad for treatment.
“We are also selling the CD recorded by people who play at The Crown Inn.”
The winner of the mince pie competition was Richard Lees who won a certificate and four drink vouchers.
Second place was Diane Williams who was also presented with a certificate and three drink vouchers.
Nearly £75 was collected during the afternoon.
