Tourists to Telford are being misled by their sat navs, it has been claimed.
Mark Lewis, of Hadley Park House Hotel in Hadley, said he receives around six calls a day from guests who have been left stranded half a mile away from the hotel.
Delivery drivers have also been left scratching their heads as they are directed onto the Silkin Way in Leegomery.
Mr Lewis said: “It is a real problem. We get five or six calls every day from lost guests and suppliers who have been sent the wrong way by their sat navs.”
The hotel’s postcode directs drivers to Hadley Park Road and they then have to find their way back down the A442 to Hadley Park island before taking the exit down a short unnamed road leading to the hotel.
